In the Water aid advert the zoomed in camera shot highlights the sadness on the child's face almost as if trying to convince us that we should donate furthermore mise-en-scène is used for the setting and clothing of the child as the setting consist of a dry environment and his clothes seem to be unwashed and uncared for thus further convincing the viewer that they should donate money for their cause.
